Cyber Resilience Act

The Cyber Resilience Act day took place on Friday, October 13th, at the Village by Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur.

In an increasingly connected world, cybersecurity and IoT emerge as central themes shaping our way of life. Exploring these complex issues is essential to understand the ever-evolving landscape of digital security. It is with this perspective that the Cyber Resilience Act delved into innovative topics in cybersecurity and IoT.

The program included the following themes:

1. The political roles of the EU in cybersecurity: “Why this new regulation?”

2. IoT companies and CRA: “What are the consequences of this new CRA law and how to prepare for it now?” “Impacts and Transformations of Cybersecurity on IoT.”

3. Adaptation strategies and business opportunities: “Experiences and New Approaches to Security.”

The Cyber Resilience Act provided an immersive and educational retrospective, bringing together experts, practitioners, and innovative minds. We revisited crucial discussions, gained valuable insights, and forged connections in the dynamic world of cybersecurity and IoT. We take pride in being at the forefront of innovation in digital security.

Here is the list of speakers who presented at the Cyber Resilience Act:

First, we had the honor of welcoming Éric Vetillard from the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), who led the opening of the Cyber Resilience Act. Next, we heard from Olivier Thomas of Texplained, a company specializing in the hardware security of integrated circuits.

Laurence Vanin then took the stage, an expert in Smart City and a Doctor of Philosophy and Epistemology. We also welcomed Marine Hardy, an IT lawyer specializing in Information Technology law. Following them, Olivier Massoni, a cybersecurity consultant at Orange Cyberdefense, and finally, Aurélien Francillon, a professor at EURECOM.

It was an exciting exchange and a deep acquisition of knowledge with the best minds in the field.
